Product Review: Starbucks Soy Frappuccino

photo from the Starbucks Web Site
Yesterday I discovered true culinary genius when I saw that Starbucks has added the Soy Frappuccino to it's drink list. I immediatly got whipped into a frenzy of excitement and a ordered a Grande Soy Mocha Frapp. Now, a little history about the cruel temptation of the Frappuccino. Since 1995, they have been made with a mix that has dairy in it. With my Dairy allergy, this made the Frapp beyond my reach and always created bitter jealousy when someone I am getting coffee with gets one. Now that Starbucks has changed the way they prepare the frosty beverage, you can get it Dairy Free!
When the barista handed me my very first Frappuccino, a fought back a tear of both gratitude and joy. My first sip transported to a magical place I had always assumed existed, but where I had never been. Icy cold creamy choco-coffee goodness. Thank you Starbucks, for making this just for me. I am not ashamed to say, "I love you".

I loved how you described the frappuccino experience! I just had one question, how did you calculate the add of soy milk into the nutrition facts? iPhone app for starbucks does not provide me with the n. Facts when soy is added to the mix...
