Crispy Basil Gnocchi



  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 bunch of fresh basil
  • 2 cloves garlic crushed and chopped
  • 8 ounces fresh gnocchi
  • 2 tablespoons fresh grated parmesan

Heat the oil in a large frying pan. Add the gnocchi, making sure you separate them, and fry for 4 minutes until brown. Salt the gnocchi. Then turn them around and give them another 4 minutes, add the basil and garlic.  Serve and sprinkle cheese over top.
